The Firm

The adviser who wins a mandate runs it in person, through to the last report; there is no handover to a junior team once the engagement letter is signed. Madrid and Panama City are the permanent offices, and everything else is assembled for the project: the lawyers, architects, tax advisers and operators a particular market and asset need, each an independent firm engaged for the assignment.

Fees come from advice. There is no brokerage commission or fund product behind a recommendation, and early conversations are confidential, under a non-disclosure agreement where the client prefers one.
