Farm X Capital works across five real estate sectors. Each has its own logic, and the notes below set out how the firm approaches each one.
Hospitality and Resorts
Hotels, resorts, branded hospitality concepts and tourism-led developments, most often where an international investor or operator is involved. The work covers site and concept, operator selection and the investment case, with hotel operators and brokers brought in as independent partners.
Residential and Mixed-Use
Urban residential and multifamily schemes, and mixed-use developments that combine homes with hotels, shops or offices. Advice covers positioning and phasing, and the coordination of design and delivery consultants.
Commercial Real Estate
Offices, shops and other income-producing property. The question is the same in every market: what the asset can earn, and what it will cost to get there.
Logistics and Industrial
Warehousing, logistics and light-industrial assets linked to distribution, manufacturing and regional trade. In Panama the Canal sets the logic of the sector; in Spain it is the road and port network serving the peninsula and the markets beyond it.
Land and Development
Development sites and land requiring feasibility analysis, planning strategy and development partner coordination. This is where it matters most that Farm X Capital advises and does not own.
